Delete your account

Sign in, open My Account, scroll down and tap Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

If you can't sign in, email hello@grabbi.uk from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted: your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, sign-in details and Green Points.

Kept without your personal details: records of past orders (items, amounts, dates), because UK tax law requires us to keep sales records for at least 6 years.
