1. About Us

Grabbi Limited ("Grabbi", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales, company number 16656150, registered office at Starlux Building, Bridgend Road, Aberkenfig, Bridgend, CF32 9BG. We operate a quick commerce grocery delivery platform serving communities across the UK, with a vision to grow to 100 franchise locations by 2030.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Grabbi Platform (website, mobile app, or any related service), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform. These terms apply to all users including customers, guests, and registered account holders.

3. Placing Orders

Order acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and order details are correct. We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Minimum order: We may apply a minimum order value. This will be shown clearly at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery radius: We deliver within a 5-mile radius of each Grabbi store. Your postcode will be validated at checkout. We cannot deliver outside our delivery zone.

Delivery time: We aim to deliver within 30 minutes for ASAP orders. Scheduled orders will be delivered at your chosen time slot. These are estimates — we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including traffic, weather, or high order volumes.

Failed delivery: If you are not available to receive your order, our driver may leave it in a safe location if instructed, or return it to store. A redelivery fee may apply.

Electric bike delivery: All Grabbi deliveries are made by electric bike or cargo bicycle where possible, supporting our zero-emissions commitment.

5. Age-Restricted Products

Legal age: You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or any other age-restricted item. By placing an order containing age-restricted products, you confirm you are 18 or over.

Challenge 25: Our drivers operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited card). We will not complete delivery of age-restricted products without satisfactory ID.

Refusal of delivery: If valid ID cannot be provided, age-restricted items will be returned to store and a refund issued for those items only. The delivery fee will not be refunded.

Proxy purchasing: It is a criminal offence to purchase age-restricted products on behalf of someone under the legal age. Any attempt to do so will result in order cancellation and may be reported to authorities.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Payment is taken at the time of order. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing payment.

7. Refunds and Returns

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours at hello@grabbi.uk with a photo. We will issue a refund or replacement promptly.

Fresh food: Due to the perishable nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. Please check your order upon delivery.

Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. Once picked and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

8. Loyalty Points

Grabbi Green Points are earned on qualifying purchases and redeemed against future orders. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to our Loyalty Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with reasonable notice.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services or staff.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our Platform to:

  • Purchase age-restricted products for minors
  • Provide false delivery information
  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or drivers
  • Attempt to circumvent our systems or security measures
  • Use automated systems to place orders without our consent

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including the Grabbi name, logo, brand assets, and software is owned by Grabbi Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grabbi's total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our business grows. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
