1. Delivery Areas

Grabbi delivers within a 5-mile radius of each store location. Your postcode is validated at checkout. We currently serve:

Serving CF31, CF32, CF33, CF34, CF35 and surrounding areas
Open 7 days
Porthcawl Store
CF36
Serving CF36 and surrounding coastal areas
Open 7 days

As we grow to 100 franchise locations by 2030, new delivery zones will be added. Check grabbi.uk for the latest coverage map.

2. Delivery Times

ASAP Delivery
As little as 30 minutes from order confirmation. Exact time depends on order volume, distance, and driver availability. During peak times, delivery may take longer.
Scheduled Delivery
Choose a specific time slot for today or tomorrow. Scheduled orders are given priority for on-time delivery. We will notify you if your slot cannot be met.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, adverse weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment. We may offer free delivery above a minimum order threshold. Delivery fees are non-refundable except where we have failed to deliver.

4. Our Delivery Fleet

All Grabbi deliveries are made by our employed drivers using company-owned electric bikes, cargo bikes, or scooters. We do not use gig economy drivers. All drivers are:

  • Employed directly by Grabbi Limited or the relevant franchise partner
  • Trained in food safety and delivery procedures
  • Trained in Challenge 25 age verification
  • Operating on company-owned, GPS-tracked devices
  • Covered by appropriate employer liability insurance

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

Not home: If you are not available, our driver will attempt to contact you. If instructed, they may leave your order in a safe location (excluding age-restricted items which must be handed over in person with ID).

Restricted items: Age-restricted items (alcohol, tobacco, vaping products) cannot be left unattended under any circumstances. If you are not present or cannot provide valid ID, these items will be returned to store and refunded.

Access issues: Please provide clear delivery instructions including gate codes, flat numbers, and access notes when ordering.

6. Sustainability

Grabbi is committed to zero-emissions delivery. Our fleet operates on electric bikes and scooters. All packaging is plastic-free — we use cloth bags, jute bags, and natural bamboo packaging for butcher products. We display live CO₂ savings on our website.
