🌱 Grabbi Green Points

Earn points on every order. Redeem them for discounts. The more you shop sustainably with Grabbi, the more you save.

1. Earning Points

Standard purchases

Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying orders (excluding delivery fees and promotions).

First order bonus

Earn 50 bonus points on your first completed order.

Referral bonus

Earn 100 points when a friend places their first order using your referral code.

Review bonus

Earn 25 points for leaving a verified Google review for your local Grabbi store.

Sustainability bonus

Earn 5 bonus points on every order delivered by electric bike (automatically applied).

2. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed at checkout against the value of your order. Minimum redemption is 100 points (equivalent to £1 discount).

Points Value

100 points = £1.00 discount

Points cannot be redeemed against delivery fees, service charges, or alcohol purchases. Partial redemption is allowed — you can use some points and pay the remainder by card.

3. Points Expiry

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no purchases). We will notify you by email 30 days before expiry. Points earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be deducted accordingly.

4. Restrictions

—Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account

—Points cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged

—Only one loyalty account per person is permitted

—Points are not awarded on delivery fees or previously discounted items

—We reserve the right to withhold or deduct points in cases of fraud or abuse

—Points cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotional codes unless stated

5. Programme Changes

Grabbi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email. Accrued points will be honoured for 90 days following any programme discontinuation.

6. Franchise Stores

Grabbi Green Points are valid across all Grabbi franchise locations in the UK. Points earned at any Grabbi store can be redeemed at any other Grabbi store, subject to availability of the loyalty programme at that location.
