Our Dr. Oetker Vanilla Extract is made from real Madagascan vanilla bean pods, which are renowned for delivering the best all round vanilla flavour. Vanilla will enhance the creamy and sweet flavours in your cakes, desserts and icings. We use a sugar syrup base rather than alcohol, so it is suitable for cold preparations, such as desserts and icings. We can't guarantee zero residual alcohol; the final product may contain up to 0.5% alcohol. There are plenty of bowl-licking, confetti-sprinkling, happy little moments to be had when you're creating something special (even if you make the odd slip up here or there). And that tasty treat you're in the process of whipping up? Well there's going to be joy in every slice of that too.
